Technical solutions
What can we produce?
Laser cutting and CNC milling
Precision laser cutting on sheets and CNC milling on bars, profiles and semi-finished materials. The two material-removal processes that cover most projects — from complex outlines to millimetre-sized cavities.
Turning
Macchi’s historic process, born with pipe mouthpieces in 1885 and now applied to high-end cylindrical components in every sector. Precision turning of acrylic (PMMA) bars, with dimensional checks on every piece.
Bending and finishing
Line bending and thermoforming for profiles and shaped sheets. Mirror polishing, satin finishing and surface treatments for the detail that turns an industrial component into an object of perceived quality.
Protection and systems
